The [Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives][appi] is part of a group of institutions founded by [Mr. Azim Premji][premji]. It provides grants (and other support where appropriate) to partner organisations working towards social change across India.

We were invited by the philanthropy to conduct a week-long workshop to assess requirements and draft a forward-looking website strategy. The project entailed facilitating structured discussions and prioritisation exercises among various internal stakeholders. Based on the learnings a detailed recommendation and strategy document was submitted as a first step towards executing a new website.
