[Frappe] is the company behind [ERPNext], a widely used open-source ERP framework. It also runs a growing family of open-source and commercial products built on the Frappe framework.
 
This engagement began with a brief to imagine the evolution of Frappe's website. It soon grew into a bigger challenge of sensemaking a rapidly evolving ecosystem, balancing the open-source ERPNext product, the emerging Frappe SaaS offering, and the newly formed [ERPNext Foundation], a non-profit set up to steward the open-source community.
 
Miranj conducted a website strategy workshop with Frappe's leadership and team. We mapped their sprawling landscape of products, forums, documentation, partner programs, and communities against each initiative's audiences and goals. This helped us envision a site structure and architecture for a family of web properties to represent Frappe's complex, multi-product ecosystem as a coherent story.
