Project ARC (Amplifying Resilient Communities) is a design research study conducted in Bangladesh and South Africa conducted by Quicksand and their partners, and supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Having concluded a 2‑year study, Quicksand wanted to express research findings and the learnings on a digital medium, rather than taking the traditional route of publishing a PDF report. After all, a living website would have a far greater reach among health practitioners around the world.

The website project was anchored by Quicksand, who took the role of the content lead and was designed by Nitin Garg. We offered support during the ideation phase, offering feature ideas, design feedback and being the guard-rail through the conceptualisation and design phase. We further went on the build the website on Craft CMS offering powerful authoring tools to compose visual stories and long informative documentations.
