Furthering research on squirrels

Sciurid Lab is a research group based out of IISER Tirupati that studies the ​“behavioural ecology and evolutionary biology of animal populations”, focusing on small mammals such as squirrels and pikas. They reached out to us for creating a place to publish and talk about their work.

We were glad to work on this project for multiple reasons — squirrels, increasing the reach of research on environmental and habitat changes, and the opportunity to collaborate once again with Dr. Nandini Rajamani — the founder and principal investigator at the lab.
