Vivriti Asset Management Website Strategy

Vivriti Asset Management (VAM) is a fixed-income and performing-credit focused asset manager in India. Miranj conducted a multi-day website strategy workshop with VAM’s leadership team, mapping business goals against a wide range of audiences — from international and domestic institutional investors to distributors, wealth managers, and internal stakeholders — and translating them into a clear information architecture and content strategy.

The engagement culminated in a detailed sitemap and a phased roadmap for rolling out the new website. The plan was prioritised by impact and effort across launch, 6‑month, and 12-month horizons, giving Vivriti a clear brief to plan and commission the site’s design and development.
